When working with the Deveau Realty Team you have access to one of the greatest tools in real estate – Compass Collections. Unlike other MLS search tools, such as Zillow and Redfin, which only allow you to view and save/bookmark properties, Collections allows you to organize, collaborate, discuss and monitor changes in real time.

Collections is much more than a search tool; it is a collaboration platform that allows you to collaborate with us on your home search. As we are able to see homes you have added to your collection and discuss the saved properties with you, it gives us insight into your preferences which allows us to keep an eye out for coming soon listings that match your criteria.
